The hotel staff were helpful when I needed a table lamp for my room. Although they didn't have one readily available, they quickly found a solution by offering me a bright bedside lamp to use. This showed their willingness to accommodate my needs and ensure my comfort. the hotel's location was convenient as there were two small supermarkets nearby, making it easy to buy groceries. The room itself was clean and spacious, meeting my expectations, and the internet connection was reliable for my video conferences. The view from my fifth-floor room was also excellent. I found the hotel to be of good quality for the price.

One of the guests knocked on my door late in the evening, disturbing.

Had a great time spending my Christmas break in this hotel. the price was very affordable compared to others in the area, which was a huge plus. the location was perfect for me as it was near shops and restaurants. the views from the room were absolutely stunning! I could see the beautiful mountains and a bit of the city, it was truly breathtaking.

Although the staff was friendly, communication was challenging at times due to language barriers. the walls were a bit too thin, which made it difficult to sleep at times due to noise coming from adjacent rooms.
